Program Evaluation
We provide services for agencies designing program outcomes to show the difference their work makes in a community. Services include program evaluation plans, implementation of evaluation, and reporting.
Most recently, we have supported the evaluation of , a school-based case management and mentoring program, in four Jacksonville middle schools. and its impact on struggling students.
We also support the improvement of service delivery in Jacksonville's school-based community collaboration known as . Each year, assessment results (mental health pre and post tests) administrative data on students (e.g. discipline referrals), and client satisfaction survey data are analyzed to define outcomes and areas for improvement.
