Community-based Facilitation
For many issues, the best way to develop a plan of action is to convene the key stakeholders and work the issues out together. To make that happen, we serve as a trusted convener and provide trained facilitator(s) to help the group reach its goal.
We also provide the background research, meeting logistics, written meeting summaries, and delivery of the finished product, including the executive summary, findings, conclusions, and recommendations. We are experienced with Sunshine Law requirements in the state of Florida.
